What Loupo is

Loupo is a website for swapping tokens on Robinhood Chain and bridging funds in from 15 other chains. You connect your own wallet through Privy, and your wallet signs every swap and bridge.

Loupo the axolotl is the DEX’s AI agent. It gives a token on Robinhood Chain a score from 0 to 100 when someone picks it, and answers questions about tokens. It reads on-chain data and doesn’t trade.

Here, “we” means the team behind Loupo. Loupo is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

What Loupo doesn’t do

  • Loupo never holds your keys or your tokens. It can’t move, freeze or recover them.
  • Loupo doesn’t trade for you or prepare swaps. You pick the tokens and the amount, and you sign.
  • Loupo doesn’t give financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the site tells you to buy, sell or hold a token.
  • Loupo takes no fee on swaps or bridges.
  • The Loupe Pass gives access to Loupo features. It isn’t income or an investment, and holding $LOUPO pays you nothing.

A score is a reading, not a tip

A score reads on-chain data at the moment a token is picked: how holders are spread, who bought in the first blocks, the liquidity, the creator’s earlier tokens, the creator tax and trading volume. When that data changes, a score shown in a list can be out of date until someone picks the token again.

A score is not a recommendation and says nothing about where the price will go. Loupo’s answers to your questions work the same way: an AI model writes them from the data, and they can be wrong or out of date.

Stock tokens get no score. For them, Loupo shows market data only.

Routes and the network

Swaps and bridges run through LI.FI and Relay, and some swaps go straight to the token’s pool on Robinhood Chain. These services and the network have their own rules, fees and outages, and we don’t control them.

Before you sign, the swap window shows the route fee, the network cost and any creator tax. Once your wallet signs, the transaction is on the network, and we can’t cancel or reverse it.

If a bridge doesn’t finish, your funds come back by the route’s own rules, set by LI.FI or Relay. Your receipt links to the route status.

Stock tokens

Stock tokens are not available to U.S. persons and are restricted in Canada, the UK, Switzerland and other countries.

We don’t issue stock tokens, and the site doesn’t check where you are. It’s on you to check that you may hold them. If they’re restricted for you, don’t swap them on Loupo.

Your part

  • You’re of legal age where you live, and the law there lets you use a site like this.
  • You keep your wallet, seed phrase and devices secure. Anyone with your keys can move your funds.
  • You check the token, its address, the chain and the amount before you sign.
  • You don’t use Loupo to break the law, get around sanctions, launder money or attack the site.
  • You handle any taxes on your trades.

As is

Loupo is offered as is and as available. We don’t promise that the site, quotes, scores or answers are always up or always right. Prices can move between the quote and the moment your swap lands.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from your trades, from token prices, from routes, bridges, wallets or the network, or from relying on a score or an answer.

Changes

We may change Loupo, pause parts of it or update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
